Customer Care Center Single Point of Contact Specialist I | Tampa, FL

Position Overview

The SPOC Specialist I will act as a single point of contact for customers in default or facing imminent default. He or she will act as a liaison between customers and internal workout groups in order to assist customers in resolving delinquencies with appropriate solutions in alignment with investor guidelines, while providing best in class support. The Specialist will act as an owner of in-depth servicing issues research, including payment discrepancies, escrow inquiries, and contact difficulties.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Job Responsibilities

  1. Review accounts, research documents and system notes to determine the best course of action to correct account issues.
  2. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to resolve delinquencies and offer workout alternatives to foreclosure.
  3. Track and manage requests for research from internal and external customers.
  4. Report on system queue progress, based on assignments.

Job Requirements                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  1. 1+ years of Mortgage Servicing Experience, including knowledge of Workouts, ARMS, Escrows, and Payment Histories.
  2. Inbound/Outbound Call Center Experience.
  3. Ability to accurately type 30 WPM.
  4. Current, working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  5. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  6. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  7. Experience with Fiserv, Aspect, or similar systems preferred.
  8. Fluency in multiple languages preferred.

Operations Support Specialist | Tampa, FL

Position Overview

The Operations Support Specialist will act as a support to the underwriting team. He or she will act as a liaison between customers and internal workout groups in order to assist customers in resolving missing items for loan approval in alignment with investor guidelines, while providing best in class support. The Specialist will act as an owner of follow-up on and resolution of all outstanding items until final determination is made.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Review accounts, research documents and system notes to determine the best course of action to resolve missing items to allow for completion of underwriting, approval and closing.
  2. Make outbound calls to resolve missing items and determine customer intent/ability to provide and proceed with the loan process.
  3. Correctly updated tracking system throughout the process
  4. Track and manage requests for research from internal and external customers.
  5. Report on system queue progress, based on assignments.

Job Requirements                                                                                                                                                                                                           

  1. 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  2. 1 years of experience in financial services, banking or loan origination or servicing preferred
  3. Outbound Call Center Experience.
  4. Ability to accurately type 30 WPM.

  6. High School Diploma or equivalent.

Position Overview

ALAW, an established, multi-state real estate and creditors’ rights law firm, is seeking a qualified attorney to support its Pittsburgh-based Pennsylvania practice. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a full benefits package.

Requirements

  1. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Pennsylvania State Bar, and be licensed (or able to become licensed) in the Pennsylvania federal district and bankruptcy courts.
  2. The candidate should have 5 or more years of experience in civil litigation, real estate, or creditors’ right practice.
  3. The candidate must be willing and able to proactively manage a substantial case load and must be proficient in conflict resolution.
  4. Knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA and the Bankruptcy Code are preferred.
  5. Court appearances, and some attendant travel, may be required.
  6. The candidate must exhibit a commitment to superior client service and be willing to actively develop relationships in the industry.
  7. The candidate must be familiar with the Alabama legal system, and demonstrate strong leadership skills, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
