Attorney and REO Closing Services Attorney, Florida
Jaclyn Palazzolo is a partner overseeing the firm’s Attorney and REO Closing Services Division. Licensed in Florida and Massachusetts, Jaclyn is based out of the firm’s headquarters in Tampa, FL, and has been with ALAW since 2016.
Jaclyn has extensive experience managing national title and escrow services, and with adept leadership, she oversees attorneys and staff handling residential, attorney services, refinances, REO, and commercial work. Before joining the firm, Jaclyn worked as the managing title attorney for a statewide title and settlement company while also practicing in foreclosure, guardianship, and estate planning.
Born and raised in Florida, Jaclyn completed her undergraduate degree at Florida State University, where she received a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Criminology. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
Recognized for her expertise, Jaclyn was named a Next Gen Leader by Progress in Lending in 2023, and in 2022, DSNews listed her among their Top Women in Law. She is an active member of the Florida Bar and was recently admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in July 2023.
