ALAW announced today that it was officially accepted to The National Firm as an affiliate member serving Florida and Georgia. As part of the agreement ALAW will transfer its California and Arizona managed files to McCarthy Holthus.
What this transfer means for our clients:

- All clients will be able to transfer files to either McCarthy Holthus or a firm of their choosing
- On or about December 15th, 2014, ALAW will transfer all new referrals and existing open matters currently under management in California and Arizona to McCarthy Holthus
- McCarthy Holthus is a proven best-in-class trustee with both the capacity and ability to provide continuity for these files without interruption in California and Arizona
THIS DOES NOT IMPACT ALAW CASES IN FLORIDA, GEORGIA OR TEXAS IN ANY WAY
