Franklin Greene is a managing attorney in North Carolina. He brings over 20 years of litigation experience to the firm and is admitted in all state and federal courts throughout the Carolinas.
While initially focusing his practice in employment law, Franklin has specialized in banking and financial services litigation since 2013. He has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts in the Carolinas, having either filed a lawsuit or defended a client in all 100 counties in North Carolina and 46 counties in South Carolina. He has litigated a wide variety of cases and served as lead counsel in more than 50 trials in North Carolina and South Carolina state courts.
Before beginning his legal career, Franklin worked on the tournament staff of the LPGA Championship in Wilmington, Delaware. He served as the director of a pro-am event and operated a year-round golf program for at-risk youth, a program now known as the First Tee of Delaware.
In his free time, Franklin enjoys basketball and following golf.
