Ace Van Patten is a managing attorney in the firm’s Nevada office. He has represented lenders, servicers, and beneficiaries since 2010 in bankruptcy, contested litigation, and foreclosure-related cases in local, state, and federal courts at all levels. Ace is admitted to all state and federal courts in Nevada and Idaho and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ace has served as treasurer for the bankruptcy section of the Nevada State Bar since 2018 and was named to Nevada’s Legal Elite in 2017. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers® as a Nevada Rising Star since 2020. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Nevada and Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law.
