Brian Widener is a managing attorney in the firm’s Georgia Title and Closing Division. He has 20 years of experience in the national title and closing industry and specializes in overseeing and enhancing title and real estate closing services for national and local clientele. Currently, Brian guides the attorney functions within the firm’s real estate escrow and closing practice.

Prior to ALAW, Brian managed closing operations for a national title company. He served as a real estate closing partner in a Georgia-based law firm primarily focused on the financial services industry.

Brian graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He obtained his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997. Brian is a member of the state bars of Georgia and North Carolina and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia.

In his free time, Brian enjoys baseball and history.
