Managing Attorney, Title and Settlement

Brian joined ALAW in 2016 as the Georgia Title and Closing Managing Attorney, focusing on the oversight and development of title and real estate closing services for both national and local clients. Currently, Brian oversees the Firm’s multi-state Attorney Closing Services practice.

Through his experience and relationships, Brian has also been instrumental in originating business for the Firm, with a strong focus on the single-family rental investment market and the disposition of reclaimed assets.

Based in Atlanta, Brian has 20 years of experience in the national title and closing industry. Prior to ALAW, Brian managed closing operations for a national title company, and served as a real estate closing partner in a Georgia-based law firm focusing on the financial services industry.

Brian graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1994 with a BA in History. He obtained his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1997. Brian is a member of the state bars of Georgia and North Carolina, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia.
