Joseph A. Camillo serves as the Managing Partner of ALAW’s New England Foreclosure, Default Servicing, and Litigation Practice Groups. With over 30 years of legal experience, he is a recognized authority in Banking, Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, Litigation, Regulatory Compliance, and Condominium Law.

Joseph’s expertise includes extensive representation of public and quasi-governmental agencies, such as the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, Rhode Island Housing, Maine State Housing Authority, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, USDA, and the Veterans Association.

In addition to his legal practice, Joseph holds several professional affiliations and leadership roles:
